Digital Converting Machine ZERO is a revolutionary new concept in automated, production-level finishing for the packaging and display industry. 
80% or more lines on most of today’s packaging and displays are on the X or Y axis. Cutting Tables cannot cut lines quickly enough to keep pace with modern printers. ZERO focuses on this point by separating the X and Y line data into dedicated processing stages, which dramatically increases processing speed. Loader Unit

The Loader picks up and places boards on the shuttle tables, which move to each stage in the system.

X Stage

The X Stage has several tools to cut and crease all horizontal line data at the same time.

Y Stage

The dedicated Y Stage cuts and creases all vertical lines together as the tools move across the board.

Free Stage

Twin Heads on the Free Stage process all diagonal and curved line data while the other stages process the next boards in line.

Unloader Unit

The finished sheet is picked up and moved to the open stacking zone,. Removal by pallet jack or forklift is easy from any angle.

ZERO’s software interface is intuitive and easy to use. Set up jobs quickly and start processing faster.

ZERO Control Center is the software designed by NSK specifically for the ZERO system.

ZeroCC automatically separates all line data into the three stages so they can be cut according to ZERO’s design concept.

Fast and easy to use, starting a job and managing settings by touch interface on either a PC or tablet.

X data, Y data, and Free Stage data are separated automatically. The processing preview shows the data to be handled on each stage.

ZERO XYF and ZERO XYFF provide production level speed according to the ZERO concept.

ZERO XYFF has an additional Free Stage for faster processing of diagonal lines and arcs.

Place your pallet in the Loader zone with the printed side down. The camera system reads the board from underneath as the pickup arm passes over.

Once the marks have been read, the stacker unit shifts and rotates to place each board properly on ZERO’s shuttle tables.
